Have you ever asked yourself: “What for am I doing this?” While the why often leads us to external causes – and thus dilutes our own responsibility – the what for opens the view inward.

Every person lives according to inner plans – invisible maps that tell them how to act, feel, and think. Some of these plans carry us through life, while others lead us into dead ends. I am fascinated by the moment when someone senses: This way cannot go on – and begins to understand what for they act the way they do. That is exactly where my work begins.

As a psychotherapist in training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and behavioral medicine approaches, I accompany people in making their inner patterns visible and gaining the freedom to choose new paths. My goal is that change becomes not only tangible but also lasting.

I believe that the ability to redesign our plans is one of the most powerful human resources. Perhaps you are asking yourself right now: “What for am I communicating this?” – Quite simply: to show that change begins when we ask ourselves this very question.

Costs are covered by all Swiss health insurances.

• A doctor’s referral is required.
• Billing according to official tariff.
• Your deductible and co-payment apply.

Self-payers

All costs are borne directly by you.

• Payment possible on-site by card or cash.
• Individual therapy 60 min: CHF 210.–
• Individual therapy 75 min: CHF 260.–
• Individual therapy 90 min: CHF 310.–
• Couple therapy 75 min: CHF 290.–
• Couple therapy 90 min: CHF 340.–
