As a psychotherapist in training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and behavioral medicine approaches, I accompany people in making their inner patterns visible and gaining the freedom to choose new paths. My goal is that change becomes not only tangible but also lasting. I believe that the ability to redesign our plans is one of the most powerful human resources.
