Since my schedule is often quite full, it can otherwise be difficult to find another appointment in the near future.__ As a general rule, an interval of one to two weeks is recommended. If you no longer need the follow-up appointment, you can, of course, cancel it without any problem. If you’re unsure, please feel free to speak with me during your treatment or contact me. In urgent cases, we can also place you on a waiting list to potentially arrange an earlier appointment. For appointment changes or inquiries, the best way to reach me is via text message or WhatsApp. Since we will no longer have a secretary, it may take a little longer to respond to phone calls. - I completed my osteopathy studies in __2001__ at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone (England). I then earned a master’s degree in osteopathy. Afterward, I worked for several years in various practices in England. This time allowed me to deepen my knowledge of structural treatment techniques and gain extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout my professional development, I have continuously expanded my range of treatments to offer my patients individually tailored therapy. My work combines targeted, direct techniques—such as deep-tissue massage, myofascial techniques, mobilizations, and osteopathic manipulations—with gentler approaches such as tissue techniques, craniosacral therapy, and biodynamic osteopathy. This allows me to tailor treatment optimally to the needs and circumstances of each individual patient. - I primarily treat adults, athletes, and pregnant women. My focus is on functional complaints, musculoskeletal pain, and restricted movement. My goal is to promote the body’s natural adaptive and regenerative abilities and to help my patients achieve a lasting improvement in their quality of life. - Out of interest in the latest developments in osteopathy, I regularly pursue continuing education and invest numerous hours each year in professional development.
