Professional experience

Assistant doctor at various women's clinics in Germany and Austria as part of specialist training, senior physician at several hospitals in Austria (Hall/Tyrol, Kufstein) and Switzerland (Zollikerberg Hospital), senior physician for many years at Southland Hospital (South Island, New Zealand), Lachen Hospital (SZ) and Muri Hospital (AG). Co-chief physician at Thusis Hospital (GR), specializing in laparoscopic operations, urogynaecology (involuntary loss of urine) and pregnancy care.

What is important to me

It is important to me to have a friendly, fearless and trusting relationship with my patients and that all complaints can be discussed. I am always pleased when patients feel they are in good hands. I always try to recommend a treatment that best suits the patient, rather than imposing textbook wisdom on someone.

Why I like working at H7

There is an excellent exchange with my specialist colleague but also wonderful additions to other specialties, especially family medicine, surgery and increasingly other disciplines. The working atmosphere is excellent on a personal level and the focus is really on the patient. You can be sure that you will be well looked after at H7.
