Dr. med. Jan Leuzinger 

Dr. Leuzinger, born in 1965, is head physician in the shoulder surgery department at etzelclinic. He studied medicine at the University of Zurich, where he graduated in 1991. He then followed the classic medical career path through positions as assistant and senior physician until he became head physician and deputy head of the Rüti District Hospital in 1999. In 2000, together with Dr. Borsky, he was part of the founding team of the etzelclinic. Today, he is one of the most distinguished surgeons in shoulder surgery and, in addition to his work at the etzelclinic, is active in international shoulder surgery research and teaching with guest lectures, live operations and the like.
