Dr. med. Donato Papillo 

Dr. Papillo, born in 1983, joined the shoulder and elbow team at etzelclinic in January 2024. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich, where he passed his state examination in 2011. He began his surgical training at Seespital Horgen in 2012. His specialist training as an orthopaedic surgeon and traumatologist then took him to the Frauenfeld Cantonal Hospital and the Schulthess Clinic in Zurich. He passed his specialist examination in 2020. Dr Papillo then worked as a senior physician for orthopaedics and traumatology at Frauenfeld Cantonal Hospital, where he specialized in joint-preserving procedures and prosthetics in the shoulder and elbow area.
