In my first job as a dental assistant, I really appreciated working closely with people and learned early on how important empathy, attentiveness and trust are. Over time, I grew a desire to provide even more direct and holistic support.

My passion for sport, nature, wellness and my many years of strength training have shaped my understanding of the body and its needs. I have experienced for myself how much stress, poor posture or overload can lead to muscular imbalance and thus affect well-being. A targeted massage technique has helped me noticeably.

This fascination with the effects of touch and bodywork ultimately led me to train as a massage therapist.

Today I offer a wide range of massage techniques: Classic massage, medical massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and pregnancy massage.

I work with heart, strength and empathy. Each treatment is individually tailored to you. Through my empathic and intuitive approach, I try to create a space of trust, because only those who feel comfortable can really let go. My curiosity and the pursuit of sustainable health motivate me to deepen my knowledge every day. My vision is not only to accompany people when they have complaints, but to support them in leading a conscious, happy and fulfilled life, in connection with themselves and their bodies.
