I sometimes ask myself what to write in these "about me" texts - what is relevant ;) And my first impulse was to keep it short - because we are constantly changing and getting to know each other again and again.

But I would like to give you an insight into my path. Not as a definition - but with the intention that something in it might touch you. Because walking with someone requires trust. And trust needs connection.

I lost my connection to my body due to early childhood trauma. I have always been sensitive and aware of many things - but I lacked grounding, a sense of arrival in my body.

Over time, physical symptoms began to appear: digestive issues, skin rashes, severe PMS pain - accompanied by mental and emotional stress. At the same time, I began to support my body naturopathically and somatically - through nutrition, herbs, detoxification, rest and bodywork.

This is how I came to train as a naturopath. The learning never stops. And discovering myself more deeply - neither. I am grateful. Deeply grateful.

At this point, I would also like to say thank you: to all the people who have accompanied me. Even if the path is often walked alone - the right company brings lightness. It carries you. And that is exactly my intention:
