Silvia Germann has been working in the wellness sector for around 11 years and has been practicing at a medical level for 5 years. She completed her internship at a rehabilitation clinic, where she gained valuable experience, particularly in interdisciplinary thinking.

In addition to classic massage, trigger point massage, foot reflexology massage (also using sticks – Thai reflexology), connective tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and lymph taping, she has also completed several Dorn therapy courses.
