Medical Masseur with Federal Diploma (EFA)

In April 2001, Franziska Fischer received her diploma as a Medical Masseur EFA (federal diploma). She gained valuable experience at, among other places, the rehabilitation clinic in Walzenhausen and the oncology rehabilitation center at the North Sea Clinic on Sylt, as well as in various massage practices.

Ongoing professional development is a matter of course for her, and in August 2008 she completed additional training in breathing therapy.

She views her work as seeing the person holistically and likes to incorporate breathing techniques into her massages. Conscious breathing promotes body awareness and mindfulness, and helps reduce stress. She is also happy to demonstrate exercises that can assist in managing pain.

After a seven-year break to raise her children, she returned to her profession with new energy in January 2022.
