Dr. med. Krisztina Baráth 

Dr. Krisztina Baráth is the founder and CEO of epigeniXzürich.

She completed her medical studies at the Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest, Hungary. This was followed by many years working as a neuro- and head and neck radiologist at various universities and institutes worldwide.

In recent years, Dr. Baráth has been intensively involved in metabolic and bioregulatory medicine and has gained extensive experience in this field. Most recently, she studied nutritional sciences at the ETH Zurich (MAS Nutrition and Health). She is particularly interested in personalized medicine, which responds to the individual needs of patients and enables holistic treatments.

I founded epigeniXzürich to show my peers that most diseases are preventable or reversible through epigenetic factors such as diet and other lifestyle changes, supported by bioregulation and biohacking. This principle is based on the wisdom of Hippocrates: 'Diseases do not strike us out of the blue, but develop from daily sins against nature. When these have accumulated, they break unexpectedly.
