Sonia Kamerzin welcomes you to her Reviv'elle practice in Renens, a space dedicated to therapeutic well-being, physical recovery and overall body balance. Specializing in therapeutic and sports massages, she offers personalized care based on a professional approach that respects your health and your specific needs.

Each treatment begins with an initial in-depth interview (anamnesis). This discussion, which lasts a further 15 to 20 minutes, enables us to analyze your state of health, your history and your goals, and to establish an individualized follow-up plan. It guides the session and helps determine the techniques to be used (reflex zones, cupping, drainage, areas to be avoided in case of injury or contraindication).

• Manual lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle technique designed to stimulate lymphatic circulation, promote toxin elimination and reduce edema. It is particularly indicated in cases of water retention, heavy legs, circulatory disorders, post-operative recovery or chronic fatigue. Available durations: 30 min, 60 min or 80 min.

• Therapeutic cupping massage

Massage with cupping therapy combines manual massage and cupping to release deep muscle tension, improve circulation and relieve chronic pain. This method is effective for contractures, back pain, musculoskeletal disorders and sports recovery. Available durations: 30 min. or 60 min.

• Therapeutic foot reflexology

Foot reflexology works by stimulating reflex zones on the feet, linked to the body's organs and systems. It helps to manage stress, rebalance energy, improve sleep and support physiological functions. Duration: 60 min.

• AromaTouch® treatment

AromaTouch® treatment uses certified essential oils, applied according to a specific protocol. It promotes deep relaxation, strengthens the immune system and reduces stress. ⚠️ Not covered by supplementary insurance.

• Bioresonance
