I am a therapist recognized by ASCA and RME and I support individuals navigating physical and emotional challenges, helping them reconnect with themselves and restore a sense of peace and balance.

My tool box include hypnosis, family constellations, yoga therapy and body techniques such as massage and trauma release exercise.

Hypnosis

I accompany people in their search for resources to deal with their current situation, change a behavior they no longer wish to adopt or overcome emotional blocks, mobilizing the unconscious mind to implement new strategies.

Family Constellations

This is a therapeutic approach that explores the hidden patterns and invisible links in family systems that can influence individual emotions, behavior and decisions.

By revealing and addressing these underlying dynamics, this therapy helps people overcome emotional barriers and regain balance in their lives.

This therapy is effective for

• Resolving personal and professional relationship challenges
• Identifying and addressing family problems and generational influences
• Alleviating personal problems such as anxiety and emotional conflicts
• Offering new and profound insights into personal and family patterns.

Yoga Therapy

The personalized yoga session includes several practices: meditation, breathing techniques, movement, and guided relaxation. During the first session, we define your goals and review your medical history. In the second session, we observe your breathing and movements. With all the information gathered in the first two sessions, I then prepare tailored yoga sessions, taking into account any contraindications related to your physical and emotional condition.

Massages

I also offer different massage techniques to soothe the nervous system and relax the body and mind:

• Relaxing oil massage
• Performed on the massage table, directly on the skin using oil.
• Therapeutic Thai massage
• Practiced on a futon, wearing comfortable, long, and preferably light clothing.
• Thai foot reflexology
• Performed on the massage table, wearing comfortable pants that can be rolled up to the knee.
• Kobido face massage
• Performed on the massage table, using a neutral oil and water directly in contact with the face skin.

TRE® Method

In addition, I use the TRE® Method to release energy blocked in the body following traumatic experiences. It consists of a series of exercises designed to stimulate body tremors, the natural response to release the energy the body accumulates to face dangerous situations.

Prices

The price is 130 CHF per session.

Sessions last 60 minutes.
