Dr. Christina Padua 

"What I like best about my work is the direct contact with patients - empathy is at the heart of every encounter.

My focus is always on the patient as a whole person. Because in order to understand complaints, you have to know the environment in which a person lives. What does their work look like? What life situation is he or she in, what activities are important? With this understanding, I can work with my patients to tackle their pain.

My professional career began in my home state of California. I have lived and worked here in Zurich since 2004. After several years in a Zurich spine center, I founded the practice ChiroMed am Stauffacher together with my partner Dr. Jochen Brenner.

In my career as a chiropractor, I have gained a wealth of expertise and experience. I have also seen time and again how constant stress can have a physical effect on people. That is why I have developed the ability to effectively minimize the consequences of my patients' everyday stress - and thus give them back an important part of their quality of life.

I find personal balance in my free time with swimming, fitness, family and friends. Together with my husband and our son, I enjoy broadening my horizons on small and large trips all over the world."
