I am Ingrid Alegria, a therapeutic reflexologist, certified in Switzerland and accredited by ASCA. My practice is based on a global view of health, taking into account the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of the human being. I have also trained in aromatherapy in Geneva, and in India to become a yoga teacher, with a specialization in prenatal and postnatal yoga in France.

A technique from traditional Chinese medicine using the stimulation of precise points on the ear to ease pain and functional disorders.

Specialized in reflexology for pregnancy and prenatal yoga, I support women at each stage: conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and post-partum.
