After five and a half years working in the field of sexual health and a Master's degree in Health Psychology, I trained to work with intimate partners and individuals facing relational and sexual difficulties.

In my practice, I work with individuals and intimate partners to create safe spaces in which to talk and explore new ways of being oneself and of relating. My coaching is based on a collaborative approach, attentive to both relational dynamics and internalized scripts, in order to respond as closely as possible to the needs and experiences of each individual.

Guided by inclusive values, I strive to offer a therapeutic framework that is caring, empathetic and aware of structural issues and discrimination. Trained in both a social and clinical approach, I approach each situation from a psychological, social and bodily perspective. With this in mind, I offer concrete tools and practical exercises to enable my patients to be active agents of change.
