I welcome you to a safe and supportive space for individual or couples counseling. Together, we’ll work to understand your situation and needs so you can continue to move forward in the best way possible, drawing on your strengths while respecting your own pace.

The topics covered in counseling are varied:

– Uncertainty about the future of the relationship

– Relationship, emotional, or family difficulties

– Communication difficulties and recurring conflicts

– Jealousy or emotional dependence

– Distress, stress, anxiety, burnout

– Erectile dysfunction, “premature” ejaculation, loss of desire, pain during penetration, lack of pleasure/anorgasmia, sexsomnia

– Traumatic life events (bereavement, separation, illness, etc.)

– Identity issues, search for meaning, or need for temporary support

As a psychologist with a master’s degree in health psychology, I am training in clinical sexology and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), with a particular interest in the body and relational and emotional issues, especially within couples. Trained in both social and clinical approaches, I address each situation from a systemic and interactional perspective.

LGBTQIA+ individuals, polyamorous relationships, and open relationships are all welcome.

• In-person or online sessions
• Rates: 150.- per session (60 minutes)
• Reimbursement may be available through certain supplemental insurance plans (not covered by Lamal)
• Languages spoken: French and English
