With nearly 20 years of nursing experience and a master’s degree in public health, I offer a holistic approach focused on prevention, relaxation, and support towards lasting well-being.

I practice various types of personalized massages depending on your needs:

• Anti-stress massage to promote deep relaxation
• Essential oils massage tailored to the desired effect (relaxation, vitality, recovery…)
• Circulatory massage to stimulate blood and lymphatic flow
• Recovery massage after physical exertion or during fatigue
• Cupping therapy (Hijama): an ancient method to relieve pain, tension, energy stagnation, or inflammatory disorders

Depending on the individual situation, complementary techniques may be included:

• Hot stones, for deep muscle relaxation
• Massage sticks, for targeted work on specific areas
• Personalized essential oils, to enhance the effect of the treatment

Massage: A Care Accessible to All

Massage is much more than a moment of relaxation; it is a genuine tool for prevention and physical and emotional support. It helps release muscle tension, improves circulation, enhances sleep, reduces stress, and supports the body's overall balance.

These treatments are offered at all stages of life:

• Children and adolescents, to manage school or emotional stress
• Adults, to relieve tension and prevent burnout
• Seniors, to reduce chronic pain, stiffness, and promote well-being

Each treatment is adapted to age, health status, and specific needs.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse
• Master’s degree in Public Health – focus on prevention and health promotion
• First Aid Instructor
• ASCA Recognized Therapist

Fees and Reimbursement:

Treatments are reimbursed by complementary insurances recognized by ASCA (depending on your contract).

• 120 CHF per 1-hour session
• 100 CHF for children and seniors (AVS holders)
