I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, specialized in therapeutic yoga.

My goal is to support you individually in improving your overall health, as well as your physical and emotional well-being, through a practice tailored to your specific needs.

How Individual Sessions Work:

Together, we’ll identify your needs, lifestyle habits, and any physical or emotional discomfort.

You’ll learn to practice mindfully, listening to your body, in order to regain balance and vitality.

Each Personalized Program Includes:

• The creation of a customized practice designed to meet your current needs, and made to be done independently at home
• Ongoing support and adjustments based on your experience and feedback

For lasting results, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions over a 2-month period. We’ll adjust the frequency as your needs evolve.

Weekly Group Classes:

Join our weekly group yoga class in Lausanne, every Wednesday evening from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

These sessions are open to all levels and offer the benefits of group energy while supporting your personal practice.
