Who am I?

As a certified reflexologist, I welcome you in a soothing environment for personalized treatments: foot reflexology, seated massage, and baby reflexology workshops designed for parents. My approach, informed by training in naturopathy and experience in early childhood care, is compassionate, attentive, and focused on your overall well-being. Each session aims to release tension, restore balance, and promote greater vitality.

My Methods:

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient method that stimulates reflex zones, mainly located on the feet, hands, and face. It acts both preventively and therapeutically.

Its benefits:

• Stress reduction
• Strengthening of the immune system
• Elimination of toxins
• Improved sleep
• Pain relief

Seated Massage

A quick yet deeply relaxing and revitalizing wellness break. Practiced on an ergonomic chair, this massage targets areas most affected by stress: back, shoulders, neck, and arms.

Its benefits:

• Rapid relaxation and muscle tension release
• Stress reduction and mental calm
• Improved blood and energy circulation
• Enhanced concentration
• Relief from chronic pain

Depending on your time and needs, I offer three protocols:

• Protocol 1 – 15 min: Quick back massage (over clothes) for immediate relaxation.
• Protocol 2 – 30 min: Deep back massage (on bare skin) to release muscular tension.
• Protocol 3 – 45 min: Full massage of the back, arms, and hands for total relaxation.

Baby Reflexology Workshops

I organize workshops for parents who wish to learn reflexology techniques to relieve their baby's common discomforts. These sessions create moments of connection with your child while promoting their well-being.

Benefits of reflexology for babies:

• Promote better sleep and more peaceful nights
• Relieve teething pain
• Soothe colic
• Ease gastric reflux and GERD

The workshop focuses on one specific protocol, adapted to your baby's age and needs (up to around two years old), to avoid overstimulating their system. You’ll learn simple, gentle techniques to use with your baby in a calm and secure environment. You'll leave with personalized, practical advice to use at home.

Baby Reflexology Workshop Fee:

CHF 80.- per session (average duration: 1 hour)
