Ms Sara Nascimento Varandas

Sara Nascimento Varandas is a therapist specializing in foot reflexology and classical massage. Coming from a nursing background, she obtained her Bachelor's degree from the Haute École de la Santé La Source in Lausanne in 2019, before working for five years in geriatric rehabilitation and then in home care.

Along the way, she became involved in complementary therapies, in particular reflexology, an approach that involves stimulating reflex zones on the feet to promote body balance and overall well-being.
