I support adults, adolescents and children in Geneva with a personalised approach combining reflex therapy / reflexology, therapeutic massage and manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder method). My work aims to ease stress, release muscular tension, support circulation and promote overall balance.

My approach

• Initial assessment to understand your needs (sleep, stress, pain/tension, recovery, functional digestion, circulation, etc.).

• Targeted manual techniques (plantar/palmar/auricular reflexology, therapeutic massage, Vodder drainage).

• Olfactory & sensory support (oils/elixirs) and sound therapy for deep relaxation.

• Follow‑up programme: simple take‑home advice between sessions when helpful.

Who is it for / indications

Stress and nervousness, fatigue, sleep disorders, back/neck tension, sports recovery, functional digestive discomfort, heavy legs / circulatory support, post‑operative period (with medical advice), fertility, pregnancy support, etc.

These treatments complement conventional medicine and do not replace it.

Session flow

• First session (assessment + treatment) — 90 min

• Follow‑up or discovery session — 60 min

Fees & Payment

• CHF 140.– / 60 min (follow‑up)

• CHF 180.– / 90 min (first reflex therapy session: assessment + treatment)

Payment: cash or card (SumUp).

Reimbursement: ASCA & RME recognised — coverage depends on your supplementary insurance (please check with your insurer).
