I welcome you to my reflexology practice located in my home in Middes (canton of Fribourg), from Monday to Saturday.

Welcome to ESPRIT AWAYAKE – “Spirit of Care”, a space entirely dedicated to your well-being, offering plantar, palmar, and auricular reflexology for both children and adults.

I’ll be happy to welcome you into my practice, located at the heart of my family home in Middes, in the canton of Fribourg, where the Glâne and Broye regions meet.

Specialized in treatments for the whole family – from babies to adults – I support each person with kindness, attentiveness, and a gentle touch.

Reflexotherapy is a natural method based on the body’s ability to self-regulate. It can be used preventively, as a complementary therapy, or independently to restore balance and promote a better quality of life. This manual therapy is primarily applied to the feet, but may also include the hands, ears, or face, depending on individual needs.
