I welcome you to my practice at my home in Middes (canton of Fribourg), Monday to Saturday.

Welcome to ESPRIT AWAYAKE - "Esprit Soin", a space entirely dedicated to your well-being, through foot, palm and ear reflexology, for young and old alike.

I'd be delighted to welcome you to my reflexology practice in the heart of my family home in Middes, in the canton of Fribourg, at the crossroads of the Glâne and Broye regions.

Specializing in care for the whole family - infants, children and adults - I listen to each individual with gentleness and kindness.

Reflex therapy is a natural approach, based on the body's capacity for self-regulation. It can be used preventively, in support of medical treatment or as a stand-alone treatment, to restore balance and promote a better quality of life. This manual therapy is practiced mainly on the feet, but also on the hands, ears or face, as required.
