Psychologist graduated from the University of Lausanne, I welcome individuals and couples in a supportive, respectful, and trustworthy environment. I offer a space for listening and reflection to explore your emotional experiences, better understand your life events, and gradually regain a sense of inner security at your own pace.

Trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), a scientifically validated approach, I place emotions at the center of the therapeutic process, helping to identify, understand, and transform them when they become sources of distress or relational blocks.

I support couples during moments of conflict, attachment wounds, emotional distancing, or separation, with the aim of fostering communication, trust, and emotional connection.

My professional experience has allowed me to work with individuals facing significant vulnerability, including suicidal thoughts, psychological disorders, disabilities, existential crises, or experiences related to pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. These encounters have strengthened my awareness of the uniqueness of each person’s journey.

I work with individuals and couples on their emotional and relational challenges, particularly in the following areas:

• Anxiety, depression, stress, loss of meaning, or emotional exhaustion
• Emotional and relational questions (couple, family, friendships)
• Separation, grief, and major life transitions
• Parenting-related experiences: challenging conception or fertility journeys, difficult childbirths, concerns about the parental role, and family adjustments
• Identity questions and search for meaning
• Self-esteem and assertiveness difficulties

Guided by the values of the humanistic approach, I will soon begin a specialization in person-centered psychotherapy, convinced that every experience, even difficult ones, can become a lever for better self-understanding and stronger connections with others.

• In-person sessions (Wednesdays in Tolochenaz and Thursdays in Morges) or online (Wednesday/Thursday and Friday mornings)
• Reimbursable by basic health insurance (LAMal) with a medical prescription
