I'm Syaka Fourel, a qualified clinical psychologist and dance therapist in France, and a recognized FSP psychologist in Switzerland. I'm also a choreographer. I created the SOLEY practice to support people who have experienced tragedy or trauma, and who find themselves in a period of life reconstruction.

My coaching is concrete, focused on inner rebirth, aided by psycho-corporal techniques. Together, we work to :

• regain a sense of security after the shock,
• soothe intrusive thoughts,
• restore meaning to your life's journey by setting goals in alignment with yourself,
• awaken the life force that still lies dormant within you/find your talent, your power.

1/ Psychological support consultations take place face-to-face in Gland (Vaud-Switzerland) or by videoconference throughout the French-speaking world. If you feel it's time torebuild your life, I welcome you with respect and kindness. 1-hour à la carte sessions cost 150 Swiss francs and may be covered by complementary health insurance (not by the LAMal, as I'm not a psychotherapist).
