An FSP psychologist with over 20 years' experience, I offer a caring and confidential listening space where each person can share what they are going through without judgment, in order to explore their resources and difficulties and move forward at their own pace.
My practice is flexible and tailored to the individual, integrating different approaches according to needs, whether they relate to relationships, emotions, professional or personal challenges. I also work with profound themes such as the meaning of life, existential orientation, cognitive intelligence and spirituality as an integral psychological dimension.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a consultant specializing in prevention and intervention, particularly in the field of abuse in ecclesial contexts, as well as in suicide prevention and work-related issues.
