Dr. Hélène Leyder

Dr. Hélène Leyder is an FMH specialist in pediatrics, with expertise in general pediatrics and neonatology. She cares for children from birth to adolescence, taking into account their overall development and family environment.

Pediatrics is a medical specialty dedicated to children's health, covering development monitoring, prevention, screening and management of acute and chronic illnesses. It also includes accompanying parents through the various stages of a child's growth.

Dr. Hélène Leyder provides paediatric care from newborn to adolescent, with a particular focus on neonatal care, pain management, developmental care and family support. She is also involved in breastfeeding support, sleep and child development, integrating a family-centered approach.

Trained in medicine and pediatrics at the University of Liège, she went on to specialize in neonatology in France and Switzerland, notably at CHUV, HUG and CHU de Montpellier. She is also an IBCLC lactation consultant and is currently completing her training with a university diploma in parenting support. Since October 2025, she has been working at the Permanence pédiatrique Nord-Sud in Crissier.
