During our meetings, we address different aspects of your daily life, such as diet, physical activity, sleep and stress, in order to establish an overall plan that promotes your physical and emotional health.

Whether your goal is to lose or gain weight, manage a digestive disorder, improve certain symptoms associated with illness or old age, or simply want to eat better, I'll guide you step by step towards a more serene and conscious relationship with your food.

I also offer lymphatic drainage of the lower limbs, carried out at your home. Lymphatic drainage has many therapeutic and aesthetic benefits. It improves blood and lymph circulation, and reduces edema, water retention and swelling. It also helps to detoxify the body, strengthen the immune system, improve the appearance of the skin (cellulite) and provide a real sense of relaxation.

Lymphatic drainage is contraindicatedin cases of acute thrombosis, phlebitis, acute infection (such as erysipelas), untreated cancer or cancer under treatment, and severecardiac or renal insufficiency . It is also not recommended in cases of hyperthyroidism, severe cardiac disorders, recent fracturesor skin problems, and requires medical advice in cases of pregnancy or chronicillness .

Absolute contraindications

Deep-vein thrombosis and acute phlebitis Acute infections, such as erysipelas

Untreated or metastatic cancer

- Clinically significant heart or kidney failure

- Tuberculosis

Pulmonary embolism

Skin problems such as abscesses
