With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, I made the choice to refocus my career on prevention and personalized support—two areas that are especially close to my heart.

After several years working in emergency departments as a manager, I felt the need to return to a profession that truly reflects who I am—something meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with my core values.

What matters most to me is offering you tailor-made guidance, adapted to your goals, your lifestyle, and your pace. I’m not here to impose anything, but rather to support and guide you.
