Marie Jaggi has been guiding people towards sustainable well-being since 2010. In over 15 years of practice and more than 2,500 patients, she has developed a holistic approach combining therapeutic hypnosis, nutritherapy, acupressure and life coaching. Drawing on her personal and professional experience, she helps each person to rediscover a profound balance - physical, emotional and mental.

Nutritherapy and specialized nutrition

Nutritherapy is one of Marie Jaggi's specialties. It targets behavioral and metabolic disorders: hyperactivity, depression, stress, anxiety, chronic and autoimmune pathologies. Specialized nutrition complements this approach to support dietary rebalancing and long-term weight management.

Elmanian hypnosis therapy
