Marie Jaggi offers a holistic approach to well-being, combining therapeutic hypnosis, nutritherapy, nutrition and life coaching. Her atypical personal and professional background, enriched by her own life experiences, has enabled her to develop a holistic method to accompany each individual towards lasting wellness. Passionate about improving quality of life, she has been practicing since 2010 and has helped more than 2,500 people overcome various health and well-being challenges.

Nutritherapy, one of her specialties, focuses on behavioral and metabolic disorders, including hyperactivity, depression, stress, anxiety, as well as chronic and autoimmune pathologies. Specialized nutrition enables her to support dietary rebalancing and weight management. Her skills in Elmanian hypnosis are also used to help patients manage emotional disorders, eating disorders, stress, anxiety, trauma, limiting beliefs, and regain a better relationship with themselves and their environment.
