Lydia Sierra – Certified Kinesiologist in the heart of Lausanne | Transform the “What if?” into “I dare!”

Since I was a child, I have been fascinated by the connections people create and the power of the brain.

After training as a social educator and working for over 10 years in various fields, I trained as a kinesiologist to guide you in reconnecting with yourself – helping you achieve your dreams, break free from patterns, habits, or current concerns.

This way, you can transform your daily life, becoming closer to who you truly want to be and to what inspires you.

Through kinesiology, and especially neuro-muscular testing, we will find personalized tools together to help you improve:

• Stress, anxiety, and emotional management
• Burnout recovery
• Concentration, memory, and learning
• Chronic pain
• Sleep disorders
• Eating disorders
• Addictions

…by restoring the connection between body, mind, emotions, and energy.

Kinesiology has introduced me to various techniques (Chinese medicine, Brain Gym), which I combine with Human Design, lithotherapy, and essential oils. This approach is suitable for both children and adults.

I am also currently training as a “baby language translator” and supporting parents in understanding their little ones – at an age when communication can still be challenging.
