I welcome you to my practice for kinesiology sessions and by telephone for aromatherapy advice.

Kinesiology is a holistic approach to restoring physical, mental and emotional balance. Kinesiology, which means ‘science of movement’, uses various therapeutic and educational techniques to activate self-healing and promote overall well-being.

This method uses muscle testing to identify imbalances and adapt the necessary corrections.

I use the following techniques in particular:

• Santé par le toucher
• One Brain
• Brain Gym
• Comportements somatiques

The sessions are designed to improve the circulation of energy, strengthen the connection between body and mind and help you to become aware of certain limiting patterns. They are carried out with respect for each individual, taking into account their personal needs and objectives.

Aromatherapy is a natural therapy that can help relieve aches and pains, alleviate symptoms and promote general well-being. However, it must be used correctly and with full knowledge of the facts, as a number of essential oils have contraindications. Just because it's ‘natural’ doesn't mean it's safe to use.

Aromatherapy can help with :

• Infectious respiratory diseases (colds, sinusitis, angina, otitis, bronchitis, coughs, viral diseases)
• Mental disorders (anxiety, sleep disorders, stress, fatigue)
• Osteoarticular diseases: inflammation, tendonitis, osteoarthritis, etc.
• Dermatological problems: eczema, burns, acne, 
• Cardiovascular diseases (varicose veins, oedema, haemorrhoids)
• Urogenital diseases (urinary and vaginal infections, mycosis, premenstrual syndromes)
• Difficulties with digestion and transit
• Energetics

I offer 30 minutes sessions, by video or telephone, including an anamnesis and a discussion of your problem. Within the next 48 working hours, I'll email you a therapeutic tip to have prepared in your pharmacy/drugstore.
