Dr Patrick Gillmann - Angiologist FMH, Lausanne

A specialist in angiology, trained at the Inselspital Bern, Biel and HFR Fribourg, I am dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases. I carry out the full range of vascular ultrasound/sonography examinations: varicose vein assessment, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) screening and follow-up,venous insufficiency studies, diagnosis of peripheral artery disease, as well as vascular assessments for erectile dysfunction.

I also practice modern varicose vein management, including endovenous laser treatment (endovenous laser), enabling minimally invasive, effective therapy with reduced recovery time.

I favour a precise, accessible and patient-centred approach, with treatment decisions based on Swiss and international recommendations.
