Thomas Morier-Genoud has been practicing somatotherapy and psycho-spiritual guidance since 2012. He offers therapeutic massage and hypnosis sessions, tailored to different wellness objectives, as part of the HAPPY GLOBAL THERAPY® method.

Therapeutic massage aims to relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, promote relaxation and support physical and emotional recovery. Hypnosis, and more specifically Ericksonian hypnosis, is an approach for mobilizing internal resources to promote change, reduce certain behaviors or emotions, and support the management of pain or difficult situations.

Thomas works with patients on a wide range of issues, including stress management, sleep disorders, phobias, chronic pain and improving self-confidence. Each session begins by identifying the consultation intention, in order to adapt the method to the person's specific needs.
