Sound Healing

A sound healing treatment offers numerous benefits, such as:

Additionally, sound vibrations reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance concentration.

A sound healing session is primarily performed with Tibetan singing bowls, but can also include the voice or other instruments. I offer sound healing sessions as a standalone sound massage, integrated with a classic massage, or combined with a yoga session. Try a session to experience these positive effects!

Personalised/therapeutic Yoga

Yoga is a way of doing, a way of living. My intention is to open and create space, to explore and experiment with ways to establish a connection as you progress through different yoga practices—seeking the points to establish the link with daily life.

A personalised yoga session includes various practices: breathing techniques, movement, guided relaxation, and different meditation techniques. In the first session, we define the objectives and current state. With all the information and observations of your movements and breathing, we then establish a series of targeted and personalised sessions.

I am Asca-recognized for classic and therapeutic massages only. I advise you to check with your complementary health insurance. Some organizations may partially or fully cover the costs of these services.
