Sarah Schnyder offers personalized treatments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM),combining several complementary approaches: Acupressure, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion (moxa), Guasha, An-Mo/Tuina Massage.

TCM is based on a holistic vision of the person, considering the human being in his or her physical, emotional and energetic wholeness. It aims to stimulate the body's natural functions and reinforce its self-regulatory capacities through manual and thermal techniques, or by stimulating specific points.

Sarah's practice is rooted in a therapeutic relationship based on listening and respect, in which the individual is seen as an actor in his or her own health process, encouraged to develop autonomy and mobilize internal resources.

Consultations are for anyone wishing to relieve tension, chronic pain, digestive problems, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, stress, fatigue... or simply to promote general well-being.

Sarah Schnyder offers two forms of I Ch ing-based coaching that are not covered by insurance.

The I Ching, or Book of Changes, is one of the founding texts of Chinese thought. It is an age-old tool of self-knowledge. Composed of 64 hexagrams, it offers a symbolic reading of the world, with each hexagram representing a universal archetype.

Symbolic decoding of a situation:

This reading key, inspired by ancient Chinese thought, helpsto shed light on a problem, a decision or a personal question. It sheds light on the present moment, the dynamics at play and opens the way to greater awareness and a more aligned inner posture.
