My Professional Journey

My professional path follows a trajectory parallel to a deep quest for meaning and coherence.

In the first part of my life, I explored the transposition of emotions through sculpture.

Then, in 2004, I became a specialized educator, supporting people with mental illnesses and later adolescents struggling with social integration. Through my work with highly vulnerable individuals, I refined my ability to discern and identify the needs of each person.

In 2015, with the ongoing goal of personal development, I trained for two years at C.E.N.A.T.H.O (Paris) and obtained the title of Certified Holistic Sophrologist, recognized by the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications).

In 2020, I began a five-year training program in transpersonal psychotherapy at Ceshum (Eragny). This training provides solid theoretical foundations, including psychopathology, while also equipping me with a diverse range of clinical tools.

In 2021, I further expanded my expertise by undertaking a two-year specialization in holotropic breathwork, provided by the Grof Legacy Training. Stanislav Grof, the psychiatrist who developed the holotropic breathwork technique, inspired this training.

My Personal Journey

Before becoming a therapist, I walked a long life path that I would describe as an initiatory journey. Coming from a dysfunctional family, I personally explored various classical verbal therapies. Later, I discovered body-oriented therapy, which expanded my consciousness and reconnected me with my body, sensations, and emotions. Eventually, I was introduced to transpersonal therapies, which not only deepened my connection with emotions and the body but also opened me to more mysterious and spiritual dimensions.

By opening my heart to something greater, I gradually moved beyond my ego while beginning to discover the vastness of my being—its intuitive abilities, self-healing capacities, and empathy—leading to tangible transformations in my daily life.

In addition to the theoretical knowledge gained from my various training programs, this long journey of personal evolution has helped me better understand traumatic cycles, ambivalences, complexities, resistances, fears, terrors, shame, and self-rejection—all of which shape human nature and often lead to personal obstacles.

Over the years, I have experienced suffering, fear, resistance, and despair, only to gradually embrace myself as I am—with growing empathy and self-love. Having learned to process, transcend, and integrate profound inner liberations, I now offer therapeutic sessions based on the recognition and deep respect for the human experience.
