I am a social educator, family therapist, hypnotherapist, and sophrologist. Passionate about human beings, their emotions, and the richness of their relationships, I support those who feel the need to take a break, reconnect with themselves, and regain their breath and balance.

Practical Information

Session Duration

• Individual session: 45 to 55 minutes
• Family or parental session: 60 to 75 minutes

Fees

• Individual session: 130 CHF
• Family or parental session: 180 CHF

Insurance Coverage

My services are recognized by the labels RME, ASCA, and VISANA.

Please check directly with your health insurance provider to determine if sessions can be partially reimbursed under your complementary health coverage.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions not cancelled within this timeframe may be billed, in order to honor the time reserved for you.
