Florence Fourtou supports individuals and couples in exploring their sexuality, improving their relationships, or navigating emotional or intimate challenges. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space open to everyone, including neurodivergent people and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Sexology is a field that deals with topics such as desire, pleasure, sexual dysfunctions, gender identity, and emotional wellbeing. It also includes sexual education and support following medical treatments. Couples therapy helps improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional connection.

Florence also uses complementary approaches such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, and Amma massage to provide a holistic body–mind approach.

• Training in body–mind practices, yoga, and mindfulness (Indian Ocean, Asia, South America)
• Certified in aromatherapy and aromacology – École Française des Médecines Douces
