MY SPECIALTY: Reflexology/reflexotherapy is analternative medicine and complementary therapy that stimulates reflex zones on the feet, hands and face to rebalance vital energy, relieve stress, improve blood and lymph circulation, ease muscular tension and promote deep relaxation.

CURSUS: I trained as a nurse, with a wealth of experience in women's health and the elderly- a profession I still practice mainly today in home care - and obtained my diploma as a Reflexotherapist from the ERR in 2022.

AFFILIATION: Recognized by complementary insurance companies, ASCA & RME accredited and a member of Proreflexo, I continue to train every year to enrich my tools and refine my support, driven by an ever-renewed passion.
