This initial consultation is based on a comprehensive, quantified analysis of your eating habits, physiological needs and health goals.

It enables us to define a personalized program, accompanied by practical aids, to help you achieve your goals in a measurable, progressive and sustainable way.

Nutritional follow-up - Duration approx. 30 min: CHF 50.00

📍 By appointment, at the office or by teleconsultation.

Follow-up is based on analysis of your progress data and assessment of your physiological and behavioral results.

It allows you to readjust your nutritional plan, correct persistent imbalances and support the stabilization of long-term changes.

Reflexology sessions:

Reflexotherapy is a natural and complementary method of treatment.

By stimulating reflex zones located mainly on the feet, it acts remotely on internal organs and systems to restore the body's overall balance.

In particular, it helps to :

• Soothe chronic and inflammatory pain
• Reduce stress, fatigue and overwork
• Stimulate the immune, digestive and circulatory systems
• Promotes restful sleep
• Support hormonal disorders (painful menstruation, menopause, pregnancy from the 2nd trimester)
• Improve emotional and mental balance

Positive effects are often felt after 2 to 6 sessions, depending on your needs.

🌿 Adult session - Duration approx. 60 min : 100.- CHF

Includes a personal consultation, the treatment and a rest period.

The first session includes a full anamnesis, to ensure optimal follow-up.

🐞 Children's session (up to 14 years) - Adjusted duration : 50.00 CHF

The treatment is adapted to the rhythm and receptivity of each child, to guarantee a unique and caring moment.

🌱Student / AVS session - Duration approx. 60 min : 80.- CHF

Different types of Reflexology sessions:

Adults and Seniors - Adolescents - Sportspeople - Infants & Children - Fertility & Maternity

Reflexology treatments are approved by the Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine ASCA.

If you have supplementary insurance, your reflexology sessions may be partially reimbursed.

However, it is your responsibility to check with your health insurance company to find out what conditions may apply.
