Ms Claire Manzini 

I am a psychologist, graduated from the University of Lausanne, and currently training in person-centered psychotherapy.

Throughout my path, I have had the chance to accompany people going through very difficult times—suicidal thoughts, isolation, relational struggles, psychological distress, or living with a disability. These encounters have deeply shaped me and taught me how essential it is to welcome every life story with openness, respect, and genuine care.

Today, I mainly support adults who are facing moments of vulnerability or transition. I offer a safe and caring space where you can bring your emotions and questions, within an atmosphere of trust, warmth, and without judgment.

I see each journey as unique: sometimes, a brief support is enough to regain balance, while at other times, a deeper process may be needed. I believe in everyone’s ability to grow and to draw on their own resources to move toward lasting well-being. My role is to walk alongside you in this process, at your own rhythm and with authenticity.

To keep enriching my practice and adapting to each person I meet, I am committed to ongoing professional development. I am currently specializing in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that helps welcome emotions, understand their meaning, and transform them when they become a source of suffering.
