Hello and welcome to my practice, __The Expat Psychologist!__
__As a licensed English speaking Psychologist-Psychotherapist,__ I offer __personal development and psychotherapy for adults__ to the Expat Community in Switzerland. My office is based at the heart of Vevey. I also offer online consultations.
__Using theory and tools from primarily CBT, I can help with:__

- Dealing with life transitions
- Relationship problems
- Anxiety
- Parental guidance
- Questioning whether to start a family
- Parental and/or professional burnout

- Building assertive communication skills
- Narcissism in relationships or in the workplace
- Stress management and learning relaxation techniques
- ADHD management
- and anyone wanting to develop a deeper understanding of their personality and general functioning.

__Fees__: 180.- CHF for a 60-minute session (online or in person). __*Please note that despite my title of psychotherapist, I am NOT reimbursed by the basic insurance and I do not accept "bon de prescription". I am reimbursed by complimentary insurances.*__If you are seeking to be reimbursed, I strongly encourage you to check with your __complimentary__ insurer *prior* to booking an appointment to know if they reimburse a part of my services under your insurance policy.
