Licensed physiotherapist since 2020, specialized in female pelvic floor rehabilitation and driven by a passion for women’s overall health.

I support my patients in the prevention and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions, addressing issues such as urinary incontinence, perineal pain, the use and fitting of pessaries, abdominal rehabilitation, scar treatment—whether postpartum or post-surgery—as well as physical preparation for running and other sports activities.

I offer personalized care that combines therapeutic education, tailored exercises, and manual techniques. My goal is to enhance quality of life, improve well-being, and help women better understand and connect with their bodies, supporting them through every stage of life.

I take part in multiple training courses each year to provide a modern approach based on the latest scientific research.
