Nutritherapy is a holistic approach to rebalancing the body through diet, lifestyle and an understanding of digestive, hormonal and inflammatory mechanisms.

I work with people who want to lose weight, improve their digestion, regain stable energy, regulate their cycle or relieve stress - with an approach that is scientific, human and deeply personalized.

My work combines nutrition, physiology, daily organization... and, when useful, therapeutic yoga tools to support the body and nervous system.

My aim: to help you feel better, lighter and more serene, for the long term.

Access to the practice: parking available in front of the building. The practice is accessible by public transport via bus lines 1 and 8 from Fribourg station. Please note that access is by stairs and is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
