My approach – grounded, human, and integrative naturopathy

Coming from a finance background, I chose to put listening and the human being back at the heart of my practice.

As a naturopath, my role is to look for the root causes of your imbalances rather than just treating symptoms.

Each support plan is tailored and co-created with you: realistic, natural, respectful of your pace and your story.

I work within an integrative health framework, complementing conventional medicine to help you better understand your body and regain lasting balance.

Consultations and fees – Clear pricing, reimbursed care

• Naturopathy / Nutrition / Phytotherapy: 120 CHF/hour
• Wellness / Therapeutic massages: 100 CHF/hour

Consultations are reimbursed by Swiss insurance companies recognizing ASCA-certified therapists.

Travel expenses are included within my service area.
