The initial session, lasting around 1.5 hours, is dedicated to conducting a thorough vitality assessment. Vanina considers your constitution (predispositions, personal history, medical background, lifestyle, and feelings) to identify your resources and imbalances.

She then offers a personalized program with targeted recommendations for overall well-being. This exchange is also a time to refocus on yourself and marks the beginning of a lasting transformation.

💨 Meditation and Pranayama (Breathwork) Sessions – Every Tuesday at 7 PM

Vanina also leads group breathwork sessions every Tuesday at 7 PM at the Ashvattha Center in Carouge.

These sessions are ideal for:

Note:

Once a month, the session offered is a Mindfulness Meditation practice session.
