Dinah Nataf-Azagury has been supporting individuals in their relationship with food and the body for over 15 years. Trained as a physiotherapist, she gradually specialized in nutrition and intuitive eating. This approach aims to restore a peaceful relationship with food by reconnecting with bodily sensations (hunger, fullness, satisfaction), without relying on diets or restrictions.

She offers individual sessions to help recognize the body’s signals, understand automatic eating behaviors, and adopt a more natural and respectful way of eating. Her support is designed for those dealing with challenges such as chronic dieting, confusion around food, or emotional eating.

Consultations are available in-person or online. A free introductory call helps define the person’s needs, followed by a personalized five-session program. Email follow-up is provided between sessions.
